Are subject to these general conditions all orders placed by individuals with Ta Lai Arômes d’Indochine, in store or remotely. An individual is an adult natural person who uses the Products for his or her personal needs and those of his or her family. 

We are vigilant to regularly adapt the text of the general terms and conditions of sale. As well, we invite you to read the version in effect on the day of your order.

 

A. PROVISIONS COMMON TO ALL SALES

1. CONSUMER

You are in principle a consumer. We are committed to doing everything we can to satisfy you, in order to build a relationship of cordial and lasting trust. Thus, our various customer services are at your disposal and want to be attentive to all your comments. 

In addition, by your order, you acknowledge that you have full legal capacity to commit yourself to these general terms and conditions of sale. 

 

2. ORDERS

2.1 Any order you place on this site will be subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. Their purpose is to define the sales regime and the rights and obligations arising from it.

We inform you that, insofar as you order the products online, your agreement to the content of these general terms and conditions does not require a handwritten signature.

2.2 The contract of sale of a property purchased on the site consists of the general conditions of sale in force at the time of ordering and the order form. 

2.3 The Products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks. In the event that products are not in stock at the time of purchase, the order will only be shipped once all the products in the order are available.

2.4 You must check the completeness and conformity of the information you provide when ordering, in particular regarding the delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences thereof. 

2.5 In the event that a lot of information regarding delivery and invoicing is missing, we will have to cancel the order and refund it if payments have been made.

 

3. DATA PROTECTION GUARANTEE

3.1 We are committed to protecting your personal data and will never disclose it to any third party or other company. 

Unless proven otherwise, our computer records, kept under reasonable security conditions, will provide proof of communications, orders and payments made. 

3.2. We archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium that can be legally produced as evidence.

 

4. PRICE, INVOICING AND PAYMENT

4.1. The prices indicated are exclusive of tax and delivery costs. A 10% tax will be charged on the final price and will appear on the invoice. 

4.2. The payment of the order takes place during the final validation of the order form by transfer bank when payment is made online. For deliveries to Vietnam, payment can be made by transfer bank or cash at the time the package is delivered. 

4.3. We certify that credit card details are encrypted using the protocol…. And never pass through the network in clear text.

 

5. DELIVERY

5.1. The delivery time depends on the order and the place of delivery. Please note that the delivery will be sent to you only upon receipt of the payment method. 

5.2. Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are at your expense and included separately in the invoice. 

5.3. RETURN RIGHT: No right of return will be granted to you. If the product arrives in poor condition, please contact the carrier. 

5.4. Delayed delivery: We commit to deliver in 3 working days to Ho Chi Minh and in 7 working days to Vietnam.

5.5. Error in delivery: In case of error in your order, please contact us.

 

B. ENVIRONMENT / ETHICS

Working with local farmers, we give them a percentage of the sales. In this way, you contribute to the payment of their activity and allow their development.

 

C. ACCESSIBILITY AND EVOLUTION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

Ta Lai Arômes d’Indochine reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time by publishing a new version that will be applicable to any order placed subsequently.
